Digital Goa, July 13- Two youth were arrested by Vasco police for allegedly using criminal force to deter a Head Constable(HC) attached to the Vasco police station from discharging his duties. The accused are identified as 18-year-old Amit Kamat and 25-year-old Fahad Tinvale. As per the police the duo who were in inebriated state, abused and pushed the HC on night patrol when he questioned them over consumption of alcohol. The incident occurred at around 1.30 am today morning. Police has alleged that the accused also inflicted self-injuries with a broken beer bottle.
