Digital Goa, Oct 3- Two persons have been arrested by police for stealing two-wheeler from Margao area. The accused are identified as Karnataka native Karan Harijan who is presently residing at Sanvordem and Bihar native Rupesh Kumar who is a resident of Margao. The scooter stolen by them from Margao area has also been seized.
