Nov 14- Two persons have been booked for cheating a Colvale, Bardez resident to the tune of Rs 22.24 lakhs on the pretext of providing iPhones at a lesser price then market value. The accused are identified as Baliram Mhapankar and Rakesh alias Amit Dubey. The duo have been booked base on complaint filed by Prathamesh Pingulkar.
