Digital Goa, August 5 – ED, Panaji Zonal Office, has filed a Prosecution Complaint (PC) before the Hon’ble Special PMLA Court, Mapusa, Goa, on July 31, 2025, against five individuals — Rohan Harmalkar, Alcantro D’Souza, Estevan Elvis D’Souza, Mohammad Suhail, and Samir Kalidas Satardekar. The charges under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, pertain to cheating, forgery, criminal conspiracy, and the fraudulent acquisition of multiple immovable properties.
