Digital Goa, Mar 7- State Education Department has warned of cracking down of preprimary schools in Goa(Nursery to KG) which are operating sans any permanent or provisional permissions and approvals. Schools operating without permission will be fined to the tune of Rs 50,000 first and Rs 10,000 per day thereon if their continue to operate with warning, informed Director Education, Shailesh Zingde. He also urged parents to cross check if the school has proper permissions to operate before admitting their child in such schools. The department is also contemplating to carry out a taluka and zonal-level survey to identify the schools operating without permissions. Schools are expected to register on the designated app for permission.
