Digital Goa, Jan 4- Goa govt has appointed Egna Cleetus, IAS as Director, Industries, Trade and commerce with additional charge of Deputy Collector & SDO (Quepem) and Yashaswini B, IAS as Director, Department of Information Technology, Electronics and Communications with additional charge of Managing Director, Goa Information Technology Development Corporation.
