Digital Goa, July 16 – Citizens’ group Enough is Enough will hold a public gathering outside the Town and Country Planning (TCP) Department office in Panaji on Friday, July 17, to press for the repeal of Section 39A of the TCP Act and the cancellation of land conversions carried out under the provision.
