Digital Goa, August, 10 – Enough is Enough (EiE) will take its 10-point charter to all 12 talukas on August 14 through awareness programmes, peaceful demonstrations and mashal lighting. The charter seeks a halt to hill cutting, repeal of Section 39A, carrying-capacity studies before major projects, protection of agricultural and eco-sensitive land, action against illegal CRZ structures and corrupt officials, relocation of offshore casinos from the Mandovi etc.
