July 25- State electricity department has deployed its first fully automatic underground cable fault locating van. The van is equipped with underground Power Cable Fault Locator system which can perform cable testing, identify fault location, do cable route tracing and identify activities of underground network for all critical and inaccessible underground cable sections in the state. The deployment of the van is likely to address the power woes of Goans.
