Digital Goa, Sep 5 – The Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs will be organizing Youth Festivals in the State of Goa. On September 26 and 27, 2023 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao, and on September 29 and 30, 2023 at Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali. The State Level Youth Festival will be held on October 5 and 6, 2023 at Ravindra Bhavan, Margao. The applications are invited in prescribed proforma through the Educational Institutions, Youth Club, Musical Institutions, Registered Youth Groups and State Department from the deserving and eligible Youth in the age group of 15 to 29 years.
