Digital Goa, Apr 6 – Environmental Public Hearing will be held for proposed Bauxite Mine at Naquerim, Quepem on Monday, May 8, 2023 at GIDC Plot at Quitol Industrial Estate at Naquerim Betul, Quepem from 10 am onwards. The public hearing to ascertain concerns of the affected persons is to be held for the Naquerim Bauxite Mine project of Bhumipurusha Minerals Pvt. Ltd having a lease area of 40.92 Ha located at Survey No.53 (Part). 54, 56 (part), 50 (Part). 57 (Part) and 49 (Part), Naquerim Village, Quepem Taluka, South Goa. Members of public who intend to express their views and speak at the public hearing have been asked to register their names separately from 9:30 am to 12.00 pm on the day of the hearing or send their views, suggestions, comments and objections in writing on or before the scheduled date of Public Hearing to the Director (Envt. & CC) & Member Secretary, Goa-SEIAA.
