Dec 26- Economic Offence Cell of Goa police has registered FIR against 11 persons linked with Pirna based Credit Co-operative Society for allegedly cheating Society and its depositors to the tune of Rs 11.28 crore. It is alleged that the Credit Co-operative Society advanced fake loans and indulged in fraudulent transactions
