Digital Goa, Sept 14 – In its efforts to go Green and achieve zero carbon emission status by 2030, Goa govt has initiated the process to set up a large scale ground mounted solar power plant and also grid connected solar power plants on government and aided institutions buildings. Goa Energy Development Agency(GEDA) has invited Expression of Interest(EoI) for hiring consulting agency for the work. The agency will be responsible to identification of sites, preparation of DPR, preparation and evaluation of the tender documents etc.
