Digital Goa, November 27 – The Goa government has appointed former MLA Glen Ticlo as the new Chairman of the Goa Football Development Council (GFDC). Dhaku Madkaikar has been designated as the Vice Chairman. In a related development, the government has issued orders to reconstitute the General Body and Council Committee of the GFDC. The revamped structure includes 12 additional members on the General Body.
