Digital Goa, May 7 – Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant announced that the fact-finding committee investigating the recent stampede at the Sree Lairai Devi Temple in Shirgao will submit its report by tomorrow. He said that the report will be made public. The stampede, which occurred during the annual temple festival in the early hours of May 3, resulted in six fatalities and over 70 injuries. In response, the state government has constituted a magisterial inquiry committee led by Revenue Secretary Sandeep Jacques.
