Digital Goa, Mar 5- A man posing as a police officer stole a gold chain worth Rs 7 lakh from an elderly shopkeeper at Bicholim market this morning.The incident took place around 11 am near the junction at Sunderpeth, where the fraudster stole the gold chain from the victim, Suresh Falari. Meanwhile, another similar incident was also reported at Assnora wherein 2 persons impersonating as police personnel snatched gold chain from a lady identified as Sujata Kamat.
