Digital Goa, Sept 29 – Bicholim police have booked the father of a minor boy who allowed him to ride a two-wheeler, as well as the driver of the car involved in the fatal collision. The accident occurred yesterday evening at Kulan, Karapur, Sarvan, Bicholim. The accused Pandurang Malvankar (45), resident of Sarvan, was driving a car from Sarvan towards Sankhali when he collided head-on with a bike coming from the opposite direction. The 14-year-old pillion rider sustained grievous injuries, while the 16-year-old rider, succumbed to his injuries on the way to GMC, Bambolim. Shapiulla Khanjade of Collem, Dharbandora, the father of the pillion rider has been booked for , knowingly allowing his underage son to ride the motorcycle without a valid license.
