Digital Goa, Jan 5 – Scripting a new chapter in Goa’s aviation sector, Manohar International Airport at commenced regular service from this morning. First commercial flight landed at the Airport at Mopa in Pernem today morning. The Indigo Airlines, Hyderbad to Goa flight landed at the greenfield airport at 8.40 am. Passengers of the first flight were welcome by a musical band. Today 11 more domestic flights are scheduled to land at the new airport. International operations are also slated to commence from the airport very soon.
