July 31- Delay in NEET results due to several revisions will not affect admissions to NEET based courses in Goa as students will be admitted here against the state quota, said CM Pramod Sawant. However, for All India Quota the revised Results can have some impact, he said. He was replying to a calling attention in this regards. He said the first round of counselling for NEET based courses is likely from Aug 21 to 29 as was the practice during earlier years. Opposition suggested that the state should consider reverting to the previous mechanism of having its own Common Entrance Exam for admitting students to professional courses in Goa in view of the alleged illegalities in entrance exams at the national level.
