Digital Goa, June 9 – A fisherman drowned at Reis Magos Beach on Sunday evening after getting entangled in his fishing net. The deceased has been identified as Francis Lobo, 57, a resident of Dalndi, Nerul. Police said Lobo was spreading his net when he became entangled and drowned. Locals present at the spot rescued him and called for medical help. He was taken to PHC Candolim in a 108 ambulance, where he was declared brought dead.
