Digital Goa, Dec 18 – The Mapusa JMFC court has remanded Rajiv Modak, Priyanshu Thakur, Rajveer Singhania, Vivek Singh and Bharat Kohli to 14 days of judicial custody in connection with the Arpora Birch fire case. Meanwhile, Mapusa JMFC court has allowed Ajay Gupta, co-owner of Birch by Romeo Lane, to use a mattress during police custody on the basis of his medical report.
