Digital Goa, July 17 – At least five persons were injured in a collision between a rent-a-car and a truck on the old Mandovi bridge. According to bystanders, the truck, travelling from Panaji towards Porvorim, rammed into the oncoming rent-a-car. They alleged that the truck driver was under the influence of alcohol. Three occupants of the rent-a-car, along with the truck driver and cleaner, sustained injuries. The car was badly damaged in the accident.
