Digital Goa, Jan 16- Former Arpora-Nagoa panchayat secretary Raghuvir Bagkar was arrested by Anjuna police on Friday in connection with the tragic fire at the nightclub Birch by Romeo Lane in Arpora, which claimed the lives of 25 people. Mapusa Court had earlier denied him anticipatory bail and was absconding.
