Digital Goa, Feb 1- The interim budget presented by union finance minister is foundational budget for Vikasit Bharat 2047, chalking out the path for next 25 years, opined CM Pramod Sawant. He said the budget emphasizes on development women, youth, farmers and poor people in the country.
