Digital Goa, May 22- Old Goa Police have arrested four men for stealing 1.5 km of Casablanca Aluminium Conductor, worth Rs 2.4 lakh, from the 110/33KV Sub Station at Kadamba Plateau on April 8. The accused—Chinnapa alias Gundya (New Vaddem), Moinuddin Shaikh (Baina), S Kumar Rathod (Sancoale), and Immanuel Lamani (Mangoor Hill)—used a pickup vehicle to transport the stolen material.
