Digital Goa, Nov 24- Environment Minister Aleixo Sequeira warned of action under Section 5 of Environment Protection Act against officers responsible for non functioning of the Biomethanation plant at SGPDA market, Margao. The minister inspected the plant along with local MLA Viaji Sardesai and found that it was not operational. He said that if the plant was not made fully functional within stipulated time, action will be initiated against the officials.
