Goa government has approved a non-productivity linked bonus equivalent to 30 days’ emoluments for eligible state government employees for 2025-26, with a maximum payout of ₹6,908. The Finance Department has directed that payments be made electronically on or before November 6, 2026.The order excludes Group C and non-gazetted Group B employees drawing grade pay of ₹4,600 and above, corresponding to Pay Matrix Level 7 and above, as on April 1, 2026. The benefit also extends to employees of government-funded autonomous bodies that follow government pay patterns and have no existing bonus, ex-gratia or incentive scheme.
