Digital Goa, Jan 6- Government of Goa has reconstituted the Board of Governors for the “Goa CSR Authority” under the chairmanship of CM Pramod Sawant. Sanjeev Ahuja ( I.A.S.), Secretary (Tourism)/CEO, Goa CSR Authority ,Rajesh Parab, Managing Director, Colorcon Asia Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Sreenivas, Plant Head, Lupin Pharma, Goa , Ajay Chowdhry, Chairperson, EPIC Foundation, New Delhi, K. R. Naik, CMD, — Member. DIGISOL, Mumbai, Maharashtra ,Sanjay Bhandari, Nestle India Ltd., Goa, Mahesh Bhatt, Cipla Foundation, Goa are members and Director, Directorate of Planning, Statistics and Evaluation is Member Secretary of the Authority. The CSR authority was constituted under the finance department in 2021 to channelise Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) contributions from government PSUs and private sector companies for development of the state, more specifically the backward talukas of the state. The govt has also reconstituted the Goa Labour Welfare Board for the State.
