Digital Goa, December, 26 – The Department of Tourism has officially constituted a Technical Committee under the Goa Aerosports Rules, 2025, with jurisdiction across the entire state. The move, notified on December 16, 2025, aims to oversee safety and certification of aerosports activities and equipment.The committee will have separate representations for North and South Goa, including the Director and Deputy Directors of Tourism, Assistant Directors, district collectors’ representatives, police officials, civil aviation and medical officers, and members from NIMAS/ABVIMAS and the Aero Club of India.The committee is tasked with inspecting and certifying aerosports equipment approved by internationally recognised certification authorities.
