Digital Goa, November 12 – The Goa government has announced that heavy goods vehicles engaged in mining activities and registered on the Department of Mines (DoM) portal will be exempted from paying additional fees exceeding ₹1,000 for delay in renewal of fitness certificates until May 31, 2026.
