Digital Goa, June 15- Goa government has constituted Command Area Development (CAD) Board to advise the Government in all matters pertaining to Command Area Development of the Tillari Irrigation Project in the State. The board is chaired by the Minister of Water Resources, govt of Goa and MLAs of Bardez, Bicholim & Pernem as members besides officials, farmers and members of NGOs.
