Digital Goa, October 15 – The Goa government has declared three days of State mourning, from October 15 to 17, 2025, following the passing of Agriculture Minister and former Chief Minister Ravi Naik. “As a mark of respect, the National Flag will be flown at half-mast on all government buildings where it is regularly hoisted. No official entertainment or public programmes will be held during the mourning period,” said the official notification.
