Digital Goa, Dec 15 – The Goa government is contemplating bringing various community-based projects, including community farming, community dairy and community fishing, under the Zilla Panchayats, CM Pramod Sawant said. The move is aimed at strengthening local governance and promoting sustainable livelihoods through better planning and implementation of community centric initiatives.
