Digital Goa, Oct 15- Former Union Environment Minister Jairam Ramesh says that the Goa govt has no option but to notify the Mhadei Tiger Reserve before October 24. Since the Goa bench of Bombay High Court on June 28 this year had directed the Goa govt to declare Mhadei as a Tiger Reserve within 3 months and that the Supreme Court refused to stay this order, the Goa govt is bound to implement the High Court order before October 24, he said in a tweet. Ramesh in his tweet also mentioned about his letter written to the then CM Digamber Kamat in June 2011 asking him to agree to have the Mhadei Wildlife Sanctuary declared as a Tiger Reserve.
