Digital Goa, May 12 : In a step towards building a future-ready governance system, the Goa government has commenced the process of onboarding all state government employees onto the iGOT Mission Karmayogi platform, with GIPARD serving as the nodal agency for capacity building and digital learning, informed CM Pramod Sawant. The platform aims to enhance the skills and competencies of government employees through structured, continuous digital learning. In addition, the state launched GIPARD’s new Training Management System (TMS), developed in collaboration with KILA, to digitize and streamline training administration across departments.
