Digital Goa, Oct 13 – Goa govt has decided to completely scrap the zoning plan of Pernem considering the sentiments of the people of Pernem, said CM Pramod Sawant. “My govt is committed to the development of Pernem and it will be done only by taking people of Pernem in to confidence”, he said.
