Digital Goa, Mar 21- Goa govt will complain to the Mahadayi PRAWAH (Progressive River Authority for Welfare and Harmony) against ongoing Mhadei diversion work by Karnataka, informed WRD Minister Subhash Shirodkar. “Every 15 to 20 days our person goes to inspect there and we have noticed the ongoing work,” the minister added. Goa govt cannot directly take action against Karnataka, PRAWAH Committee will have to take the action, contempt of court petition will have to be filed in Supreme Court, said Shirodkar. He added that Goa govt will insist on joint inspection by the PRAWAH Committee. Submitting video proof of the ongoing works, opposition has slammed the govt for its inability to stop Karnataka from carrying on with Mhadei diversion work.
