Aggrieved candidates have challenged the government decision to cancel the direct recruitment of Deputy Superintendent of Police posts in the High Court. The petitions prayed that the govt may be directed to re-commence the direct recruitment of DySP posts in Goa Police. Goa govt had recently asked the Goa Public Service Commission to cancel the direct recruitment of DySP posts after the entire pre recruitment process was complete.
