Digital Goa, Sept 11 – Goa Industrial Development Corporation (Goa-IDC) has invited proposals to manage solid waste at the Verna Industrial Estate Cluster, including Verna and Sancoale. The cluster generates about 4 MT of waste daily. The selected agency must operate a 5 MT/day processing facility, handle collection, segregation, treatment, and safe disposal of waste with GPS-enabled monitoring. Goa-IDC will provide a pre-constructed shed on Plot No. OP-29, Phase III, Verna Industrial Estate (Plot area: 4,209.50 m²; built-up area: 800 m²) for operating the facility, states the tender document.
