Digital Goa, June 12 – The Investigation Wing of Income Tax Department(IT) at Panaji has initiated a multi-state search and survey operation on luxury real estate developers constructing high-end villa projects in Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, and Amritsar. Preliminary investigations are underway. Income Tax teams from Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Dehradun have been deployed to conduct the raid, covering 31 premises. These developers also operate a parallel hospitality segment offering rental services in India and South East Asia, informed IT Department Officials.
