Goa should replicate the Alleppey waterways model to connect towns, just like in the Portuguese era

Goa should revive the Portuguese-era vaafor or launch service connecting all major towns along the Zuari and Mandovi rivers. The reliable and robust launch service in Kerala’s Alleppey has been working perfectly for decades, providing much-needed relief to the common people. Will the Goa government learn from our neighbouring state instead of taking study tours abroad?
