Digital Goa, Aug 2- After the rigging of merit list fiasco, the Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Government of Goa, has announced the new revised merit list for the First Year B.A.LLB. programme for the Academic Year 2023-2024, at V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar and G.R. Kare College of Law, Margao. The new merit list is prepared based on the criteria with 50% weightage for XII standard marks and 50% weightage for the Goa Common Law Admission Test (G-CLAT). Based on the new merit list, the Directorate of Higher Education will admit the students who have not got the admission till date as per the earlier merit list in either of the colleges without disturbing the admission of the admitted students in the First Year B.A.LLB. class. Students already admitted for the first year B.A.LLB. program 2023-24 shall not attend the counselling session.
