Digital Goa, Mar 4 – Memorandum seeking elections through ballot papers instead of EVMs, signed by over one lakh people from Goa was submitted to the Goa State Election Commissions office today by Goans against EVM’s group of concerned citizens. A meeting was held by the group at Azad Maidan today, following which the protestors marched onto CM’s residence at Altinho. Some of the protestors were detained by police there. The agitators further marched onto the State Election Commission’s office and submitted the memorandum.
