Digital Goa, Jan 4 – Minimum temperature in Panaji in the first week of new year had been above normal. However, IMD predicts fall of temperature in Goa by 2-3 degrees in next three days. Minimum temperature in Panaji has been hovering between 20.5 to 22.5 in the last one week though normal temperature is around 22 C. Panaji may record minimum temperature of 17.5 C after three days.
