Digital Goa, Nov 3- Goa’s Pre-Settlement State Goods and Services Tax (SGST) for the period from April 2023 to Oct 2023 ( 7 months) stands at Rs 1,307 crore and Post Settlement SGST stands at Rs 2,299 crore. The Post-Settlement GST is cumulative of the GST revenues of the States/UTs and the SGST portion of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) settled to the States and UTs. Goa’s Pre-Settlement SGST has seen increase of 18% from Rs 1,111 crore to Rs 1,307 crore as compared to same period last year. The Post Settlement SGST has also increased by 14 % from Rs 2,024 crore to 2,299 crore as compared to April to Oct 2022. Nationally, The gross GST revenue collected in the month of October, 2023 is Rs 1,72,003 crore out of which Rs 30,062 crore is CGST, Rs 38,171 crore is SGST, Rs 91,315 crore (including Rs 42,127 crore collected on import of goods) is IGST and Rs 12,456 crore (including Rs 1,294 crore collected on import of goods) is cess.
