Digital Goa, Jan 3- Motor Vehicle Act will be amended to make E-sticker mandatory for elderly drivers, informed Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho. He was speaking at the launch of “E-Sticker” for vehicles driven by elderly Drivers, an initiative by Rotary Club of Miramar in association with the Transport department. Mauvin also announced that a new series of registration numbers will be released for Vintage Cars.
