Digital Goa, July 1 – Goa govt has designated special courts in Panaji and Margao to exclusively deal with land grabbing cases, following the recommendations of Justice V K Jadhav (Retd.), Chairman of the Commission of Inquiry, and with the concurrence of the Bombay High Court. The Court of District Judge 1 and Additional Sessions Judge in Panaji will handle cases in North Goa, while the corresponding court in Margao will do so for South Goa. These courts will take up both existing and future land grabbing cases until a new legislation is enacted.
