Digital Goa, Oct 4- Goa govt has effected the transfers of some of its senior officials. Siddhivinayak Naik has been appointed as Joint Secretary (Protocol) while Mahadev Araundekar has been posted as Secretary, Goa State Information Commission. Varsha Naik, Director (Admn.) Education shall hold the charge of Managing Director, Goa Education Development Corporation, in addition to her own duties. Bhushan K. Savoikar, Project Director, DRDA (North), holding additional charge of Director, Department of Rural Development shall hold the charge of Director, Higher Education, in addition to his own duties.
