July 25- State Govt is not hurrying up with NEP implementation but doing it in phased manner in accordance with national guidelines, informed CM Pramod Sawant. In the first phase, NEP is being implemented at pre primary, secondary and higher education level. 752 private preprimary schools have been registered with the govt as part of NEP implementation and their teachers are being trained, he said. Goa Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan has been converted into an autonomous body with a full fledged director. 120 teachers are recruited under it to handle vocational courses for NEP implementation for Std 9th, informed CM. For Higher Education, audiovisual content for the entire syllabus is available on Dhishtavo Channel, he informed.
