Digital Goa, June 5- The TCP Department has officially notified the change of zone for 1,01,099 sq mtr of land into the settlement zone under Section 39A of the TCP Act. The affected plots are located in the villages of Parcem, Bambolim, Morjim, and Tivrem-Ponda. According to the notification, the Regional Plan 2021 has been altered and modified accordingly. The final notification follows a 30-day public feedback period during which objections and suggestions were invited. However, the department clarified that the zone change is subject to the outcome of PIL writ petitions currently pending final disposal before the High Court.
